(Pre-Member Lessons): These sessions are ran by both, Daniel Hewitt and Harrison Foxall.
The purpose is to progress children through different levels of golfing achievement (the children are awarded awards and certificates at each varying stage) with the ultimate aim being to get them ready and competent to play on a golf course and in a position to apply for membership of a Golf Club!
These are ideal for juniors, who are showing an interest in golf, who would like to "give golf a go". They are ran by Daniel Hewitt and Harrison Foxall. Groups consist of around 8 children for 1 hour sessions every Saturday – it is an opening for juniors, who are not yet part of a golf club, to have an introduction into the game of golf! (Costs £6 per child).
For further information please contact Dan Hewitt or Harrison Foxall on 01782 658109 - Ext 3.

Trentham Junior Member Group Lessons:
For Juniors who are Members of Trentham Golf Club, a part of the Junior Subscription is budgeted to subsidise junior group lessons, to encourage participation/improvement/competitive golf!

b) Structured,
c) Measured (by using drills),
d) Competitive,
e) Encourage the juniors to take notes on any technical changes, in order to work on developing their own games
Also for the advanced players the Pro Staff encourage one on one lessons, with the option for the most advanced juniors to develop through the County/England Golf pathways.

Outstanding Achievement: "Congratulations to Trentham's very own Alfie Turner":
The IMG Academy Junior World Championships is a prestigious tournament with over 1300 of the best junior golfers from over 50 countries worldwide, all trying to win their age category.
Founded in 1968, previous winners include Tiger Woods, Phil Mickleson, and Ernie Els, to name just a few.
Alfie Turner, turned in a dominant display that saw him claim a 6-shot victory in his division after a near faultless display ended with a total of 75. Alfie will head off to San Diego in the summer to aim to bring back the World Title – we wish him every success! After winning the tournament, Alfie said, 'I enjoyed competing in the qualifier and I’m really excited to be going to San Diego, to compete against golfers from all over the world.'"
